Q. How are your hair care products made?
A. We have developed our own formulas based on our patent-pending hair growth recipe of emu oil & specific essential oils. All products are created, packaged and labeled in our Ohio manufacturing facility. We use the finest, purest ingredients possible, choosing organically grown ingredients whenever possible.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We are happy to ship our products anywhere in the world.

Q. Can I find Longhairlovers products in stores?
A. Our products are currently available from our online company directly to the consumer.

Q. What is the average shipping time?
A. Orders are usually filled and shipped within 24 hours, and are received by U.S. customers in 3 to 5 business days. In the rare instance of a backorder, shipments may take slightly longer. Shipments to international customers may take a approximately one week to arrive.

Q. Do you offer Express Shipping?

Q. I'm nervous about ordering online. Is there any other way to order?
A. We use a secure server to process online orders, so your information is completely safe. However, if you prefer, you may fax your order to 866-305-0635. We also accept Paypal (account: longhairlovers@hotmail.com)

Q. Why don't you take phone orders?
We've found that it's not cost effective to have operators on stand-by to take phone orders. In order to keep our retail prices down, we only accept orders via our secure web site, fax, and mail.

Q. I prefer not to use a credit card. Do you accept checks?
A. We gladly accept checks and money orders accompanying our mail order form. However, we will wait for the check to clear before shipping your order.

Gift Certificate FAQs

Q. How do I redeem my Longhairlovers Gift Certificate?
A. When checking out of the Longhairlovers shopping cart, the Gift Certificate recipient must enter the code number that appears in red in the upper right hand side of the certificate in order to receive credit up to the amount indicated. If the amount of the order exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, the recipient will need to use a credit card to pay for the balance of the order. Gift Certificates may only be used to purchase merchandise and cannot be used to purchase other Gift Certificates. Longhairlovers will not honor Longhairlovers Gift Certificates sold by any other vendor or person other than Longhairlovers.com.

Q. Will my Gift Certificate Expire?
A. Gift Certificates purchased by our customers on Longhairlovers.com do not expire.

Q. May I use more than one Gift Certificate at a time?
A. You may use one Gift Certificate toward the purchase of your order. Just enter the code in the Promotional Code area of the shopping cart during the checkout process.

Q. May I return my Gift Certificate?
A. Gift Certificates that have already been sent but have not yet been redeemed can be returned to the original purchaser's credit card. The Gift Certificate is automatically cancelled upon the return.

Q. May I return my order paid by Gift Certificate?
A. An online store credit will be issued to the gift recipient for the full amount of the merchandise return. Longhairlovers.com does not offer exchanges or cash refunds for Gift Certificate purchases. Any funds charged to a credit card will be automatically credited to the same card.
